![]() ![]() Last night the user was having an issue with an Excel Document causing his computer to crash. It's at this point I'll go off on a slight tangent, because I feel like this might be where the problem started. The problem seems to exist between his machine and connecting to Office 365 servers. I feel like I've Googled and tried just about anything I can think of. Logging in to his account through a browser (this still works fine)Ĭreating a new Windows Account/Profile and logging in to his Outlook through that (this didn't work)Īdding his Outlook account to Outlook installed on another machine (this worked fine)Īccessing Office using a different internet connection Un-assigning and re-assigning the license as an administrator on the Office Portal Made sure both Office and Windows were fully up to date I'm not sure about a lot of it, but it seemed to be fully removing the licenses and credentials on the PC, and then signing in again fresh They tried a bunch more things both on the users PC and on their end. She remoted in and tried heaps of things, no luck. I have tried Ĭontacting MS support, first using chat support in Windows 10. No matter what I do I can't seem to fix it. Today, after years working fine, one colleagues computer started reporting his copy of Office was Unlicensed. ![]() We all have Office 365 Business subscriptions and use the desktop versions of Office on our individual PCs. ![]() I look after the computers and IT for the small business I work for of around 20 people. ![]()
